Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lasagna LLC, which operates ASINmd. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.

ASINmd is being built. Features described on this website may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change, and access is currently offered to a limited number of participants rather than to the general public.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

ASINmd records marketplace listing data you authorize us to access, detects changes to it, reconstructs the sequence of events around a listing incident, and presents evidence and possible explanations.

ASINmd produces analysis, not certainty, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement. Where the available evidence cannot establish a cause, the product is designed to say so. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your listings.

To use ASINmd with a marketplace you must authorize our access to your selling account. You confirm that you are entitled to grant that authorization and that doing so does not breach your agreement with the marketplace.

You may withdraw authorization at any time through the marketplace. Doing so will stop us retrieving further data and will end the parts of the service that depend on it.

ASINmd depends on interfaces operated by third parties, including Amazon. Those interfaces are outside our control. They can change, impose limits, become unavailable, return incomplete information, or withdraw access — sometimes without notice.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data provided to us by a marketplace, and we cannot guarantee continued availability of any marketplace integration.

ASINmd makes no guarantee that a listing will be reinstated, that a suppression will be lifted, or that any particular outcome will follow from using the service. Those decisions belong entirely to the marketplace.

ASINmd is an independent product. Amazon, Amazon Seller Central and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of Amazon.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or in breach of a marketplace’s own terms;
• access data belonging to another customer, or attempt to;
• probe, scan or test the security of the service except through a report made to us in good faith;
• interfere with the service’s operation, including by placing an unreasonable load on it;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement;
• use the service to build a competing product, or to extract data for that purpose.

You are responsible for the data you connect, for having the right to connect it, for the accuracy of information you give us, and for the actions you take in response to what the service shows you.

We own ASINmd, including its software, design and content. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active; they transfer no ownership.

You keep ownership of your data. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and display your data back to you and to others in your workspace.

If you send us suggestions we may use them without restriction or obligation. We will not identify you as their source without your permission.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

On termination your right to use the service ends. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its analysis will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Lasagna LLC nor anyone working with us will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lasagna LLC harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your breach of these terms or of a marketplace’s terms.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
